Overview
MBA Human Resource Management is designed for learners who want to synthesise, critique and lead the discipline of human resource management and evidence that capability with a recognised, verifiable award. The programme carries 180 credits and represents approximately 1,800 hours of total qualification time, including guided learning, independent study and assessment.
Teaching runs on a weekly rhythm: a recorded concept session, guided reading, an applied workshop and a live seminar with your tutor. Every module ends with a formative checkpoint, and assessment is continuous rather than exam-driven, so your grade reflects sustained work rather than a single sitting.

- 📋 Or five years of managerial experience assessed through RPL
- 📋 English at IELTS 6.5 (6.0 in each component)
